To turn on the heat, connect your fully charged power bank to the wire in the interior pocket of your jacket. Once the battery is plugged in, hold down the heating button placed on the chest or the waist of your garment. The button will start blinking red, indicating the heating process. Also, you can click the button once to cycle through high(red light), medium(white light), and low(blue light) heat temperatures.

Yes. All SnowWolf heated item is TSA-friendly.

No, you should buy one 5V 2A power bank or use your daily phone power bank chager for charging the SnowWolf Wear item.

To change the temperature settings, press down once on the heating logo located on the chest or waist. Each click will cycle through each of the settings: high, medium, and low.

At this time, our apparel is not fire retardant.

1. First, we recommend charging your battery for 6-8 hours for a full charge. Connect your fully-charged battery to the wire located in the inner pocket of your jacket, vest or pants.
2. Hold down the square heating logo (located on the chest or waist of your garment) until it becomess red. The initial cycle of the heating looks as follows: High (Red) > Medium (White) > Low (Blue).
3. Click the heating logo to enter the high setting. The light turn to a solid red color.
4. Clicking the logo again will switch to a medium heat setting. The logo on the jacket will turn white.
5. Lastly, clicking the logo once more will switch to a low heat setting. The logo on the jacket will turn blue. At this point, each click will continue to cycle the jacket to high, medium, and low temperature settings.
6. In order to turn off the heating components of the jacket, press and hold down on the heating logo. When held down, the logo should blink once before the light turns off. The jacket may be powered down at any setting. Once the light is off, the jacket may take a few minutes for the heat to completely fade away.

2. Shipping Time: Standard delivery time frame is between 4 to 20 business days according to different countries the customers live.

3. Germany Customers: 6 to 8 business days
4. Canada Cstomers: 8 to 15 business days

If multiple items are ordered, they all be sent in one shipments.

Once the order is placed, we will arrange the shipment to be sent out within 48 hours.

Sorry to hear that. Yes, you can get a refund. First, return all unwashed and unworn heated apparel in its original condition within 14 days of receipt. The return shipping cost is paid by the customer. Contact us for return address(U.S wearhouse): contact@snowwolfwear.com. After we receive and inspect the item, a full refund will be credited to your payment method.
